Each cake is uniquely decorated according to your specifications. I specialize in delicious & elegant European buttercreams, shimmering chocolate glazes, and beautiful rolled fondant (add .50 cents per serving). Piping choices, chocolate curls, and ribbons are added according to your wishes. At an additional cost, your cake can be decorated with beautiful fresh flowers, like old fashioned roses and lavender or delicate hand formed sugar paste flowers. The possibilities are endless.

 


Classic Apricot & Raspberry

A light vanilla butter cake layered with raspberry and apricot preserves and finished with Italian meringue buttercream. Seasonal berries can be added for an additional cost.

Strawberry White Chocolate Mousse

A tender vanilla butter cake layered with white chocolate mousse and fresh Sequim strawberries, finished with white chocolate Italian buttercream.

Strawberry Shortcake Delicate

Marjolaine

A crunchy almond & hazelnut meringue layered with chocolate mousse and fresh orange buttercream and finished with bittersweet chocolate glaze.

Chocolate Truffle Cake

A rich fudge cake layered with bittersweet truffle filling and finished with dark chocolate glaze or white chocolate buttercream.

A tender lemon butter cake layered with lemon buttercream, handmade lemon curd and raspberry preserves, finished with Italian buttercream.

Dark German Chocolate Cake

A rich chocolate fudge cake layered with chocolate truffle and coconut pecan filling. Finished with dark chocolate glaze or white chocolate buttercream.

Carrot Coconut Pecan Cake

A rich & aromatic carrot cake studded with pecans, pineapple, and coconut, layered with cream cheese buttercream, with a hint of pineapple.

Chocolate Flourless Fudge Torte

A rich and dense flourless truffle torte for the serious chocoholic, glazed with bittersweet chocolate gnache. Garnished with fresh raspberries when in season.

Almond, Peach & Apricot

A tender butter cake infused with toasted ground almonds layered with vanilla buttercream, peach & apricot preserves, handmade lemon curd. Finished with Italian buttercream.

Triple Chocolate Nocturne

A rich chocolate fudge cake, layered with chocolate Charlotte mousse and finished with chocolate buttercream and chocolate glaze or white chocolate buttercream.

A rich & creamy cheesecake with a hint of lemon, finished with Italian buttercream. Garnished with fresh seasonal Sequim strawberries or raspberries.

Mocha Frangelico Cake

A tender hazelnut butter cake lightly soaked with Frangelico syrup layered with mocha buttercream and finished with Italian buttercream.

Chocolate Espresso

A rich and chocolate cheesecake infused with real espresso. Finished with a bittersweet chocolate glaze or white chocolate buttercream.
